Highly recommended PDS Windows. James adjusted some french doors for me that had been poorly fitted by another company. This isn't something the team offer as standard but I think James felt sorry for me! Within an hour, James had adjusted the doors so that they now open and close smoothly and are lockable. James turned a really stressful situation into something easily resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, I regret not using them in the first place! Thanks again, Kylie

A huge thank you to PDS. Tom and James made the experience of choosing and design of our windows an easy experience nothing being too much trouble. They were clear with dates and timings with regular updates to keep us informed. Josh and Steve arrived on the first morning to fit the windows and door on what was a day of extreme weather, gales, sun, torrential rain and hail. We contacted PDS Windows when looking for a new door. We designed it ourselves on their site then arranged a quote and for them to come and measure up. We can only say how friendly and efficient they have been. The door was installed yesterday, their fitters were again friendly and efficient. They have been thoroughly professional throughout. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in future.we are absolutely thrilled to bits with our door.

We had a great experience with PDS Windows. James and Tom were clear throughout with quoting, costing and talking through our options. It didn't feel salesy at all, which we had experienced elsewhere. We were communicated with before, during and after installation so we knew exactly what and when things were happening. Josh and Steve fitted 40 windows and doors in a week. Which was incredible. In addition to this they were tidy in removing and installing the windows, and cleaned up at the end of each day to a good level, which was great as we have two little kids. I work from home and they interrupted me as little as possible, minimising noise. They were great to chat with and appreciated the occasional coffee (it was a wet and cold week), despite being busy fitting. They were also kind enough to help out with a few unrelated niggles and took time to give advice. Very happy, made a real difference to the house, style and warmth. 100% would use PDS again, wouldn't even consider getting anyone else in.

After dealing with around 10 companies who purportedly were specialists in replacing conservatory roofs and having a mixture of nil replies, misinformation and ridiculous fees (both low and high) presented it has been a refreshing change to deal with a company who provided clear information, excellent customer service (both administratively and on site) and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

PDS recently fitted a new front door on my home. They were really approachable and communicated throughout. Their showroom meant I could see what I was buying and speak to someone in person to get the best price!
