Highly recommended PDS Windows. James adjusted some french doors for me that had been poorly fitted by another company. This isn't something the team offer as standard but I think James felt sorry for me! Within an hour, James had adjusted the doors so that they now open and close smoothly and are lockable. A huge thank you to PDS. Tom and James made the experience of choosing and design of our windows an easy experience nothing being too much trouble. They were clear with dates and timings with regular updates to keep us informed. Josh and Steve arrived on the first morning to fit the windows and door on what was a day of extreme weather, gales, sun, torrential rain and hail. We can only say how friendly and efficient they have been. The door was installed yesterday, their fitters were again friendly and efficient. They have been thoroughly professional throughout. We had a great experience with PDS Windows. James and Tom were clear throughout with quoting, costing and talking through our options. It didn't feel salesy at all, which we had experienced elsewhere. We were communicated with before, during and after installation so we knew exactly what and when things were happening. Josh and Steve fitted 40 windows and doors in a week. Which was incredible. In addition to this they were tidy in removing and installing the windows, and cleaned up at the end of each day to a good level, which was great as we have two little kids. I work from home and they interrupted me as little as possible, minimising noise. They were great to chat with and appreciated the occasional coffee (it was a wet and cold week), despite being busy fitting. They were also kind enough to help out with a few unrelated niggles and took time to give advice. Very happy, made a real difference to the house, style and warmth. 100% would use PDS again, wouldn't even consider getting anyone else in. - 05/03/2024

This is the second time we've used PDS Windows.
We initially had a new door fitted, then most recently a large bedroom bay window. On both occasions we've been very happy with the results. Our window fitters Steve and Tom were fantastic and worked extremely hard to avoid damaging our house render, something we'd had done a few years ago. We were so impressed with the results, you can't tell from the outside that a new window has been fitted at all, which was the goal. The window is a fantastic match to our other bay window and I have no idea how they managed to fit the surround and external windowsill with zero damage to the render. I'd highly recommend them and won't hesitate to return as a repeat customer or to refer them to friends/family. - 12/05/2022

Very pleased with my new windows. Your workmaen were polite, friendly and efficient. They were careful to protect my stairs and carpets and clear up all the debris etc. The gift basket was greatly appreciated. I would suggest that if unexpected event(s) occur to delay completion of an order, that contact is maintained . This would ensure that the customer is aware of what the situation is, and that you haven't ceased trading. I know that COVID was exceptional but over 4 months passed between payment and installation, with contact having to be made by me. - 28/04/2022
